The Wireless Courtesy Test has just been released.
Overwhelmingly, respondents complained that people are less courteous when on the phone, speaking loudly, bumping into strangers, or ignoring the needs of others. Meanwhile, those who use cell phones never see themselves as the discourteous ones.
