I should point out that the photo of the sunset is taken off our deck!

Our roast meal last night went down a treat, the meat just fell of the bone and was delicious! It was combined with enough roast veges to feed about 30 people (there was only 8 of us) so we are ate, drank and were reasonably merry.

Anyway, we followed it up this morning with Waffles, Bacon, Vanilla Icecream and Mapel Syrup – if you havent tried this combination then you have to (pancakes work as well), Its truly devine.

We came home this afternoon and spontaneiously decided to totally rearange the lounge! Consequently the photo on the front page of this site is a bit out of date, but I’ll try and get a new one up soon.
