I am desperately waiting for the latest edition of my photography magazine to arrive…
A few weeks ago I offerend to take some photos of my boss (Aaron Beckman), his wife and 14 month old daughter.
At the time it made a lot of sense. We have a wedding comming up in Sept that I wan’t to try and capture a few shots of, so this would be good practise. However I forgot one thing…
I have no idea what a 14 month old kid is like? Yet alone how to photograph one.
I mean, Sopia is about 1 1/2 feet tall, while mum and dad are 5 1/2 feet tall – now thats not the easiest set of subjects.
On top of this, Aaron has a very refined taste when it comes to art, he normally only see’s my favourite shots so has high expectations, and he’s also my boss. Naturally I’m a little nervous.
Anyway, the latest magazine has tips on photographing children – i’m hoping theres some sort of holy grail in there to get me out of this!
I’m sure things will work out great once I start, but I’ll update you with the final product once I’ve taken some shots.
