Tonight camera and I (S1) picked S2 up from the airport. We stood there waiting at the arrivals gate watching the information screen for the latest update…

While waiting we got a little impatient and started looking around for photo opportunities. This lovely, extremely stereotypical, airport sign came from the arrivals sign – which was about the only photo that we managed to get before the armed police men came up to talk to us. In a very polite way he ask “you aren’t taking photo’s are you”

My answer – “Of course not… (as i hold up the little sign on a post-it saying “Welcome home Daddy”…), this is his baby”. And at that the armed police men just laughed and walked away…

So the learning today is a little, prepared, note can go a long way…
