Ok, tonight you get two posts, one about us, and the other a rant…
Things have been trucking along as normal with us. We finally have some decent weather, but not a lot of time to enjoy it.
I have managed to shot some decent photos over Xmas and the last few weeks… I’ll try to post a couple soon (I’m having problems with my laptop where they are stored).
The wedding is now under a month away so its getting very close very quickly. Sarah has started to chase me for some of the detail work that needs done – I knew it would happen eventually.

Tonight I would like to make a comment on one of my pet hates…
Tonight I was reading Cass’s Blog of her travels around South America. I would like to share a passage with you…
“here at NPH el salvador we have 430 pequeños aged between one and twenty. all of them are here for different reasons – some are orphans, others abandoned, some removed by the courts because they were abused, and some have families that are simply too poor to support them. all of their stories are heartbreaking.
but these kids, despite their terrible pasts, have the greatest capacity to love. it blows my mind. they crave love so much. i couldn’t count the number of hugs i give and receive each day.”
Did you notice anything strange about the passage?
Cass doesn’t use capitals – she thinks they are messy… and actually, I tend to agree.
In this day in age, the old rules of language have gone! And my pet hate is people who think people should write in what they call ‘real English’ all the time.
Evolution is a wonderful thing… we should embrace it and encourage it in everything from language to ice cream flavours!
I challenge you to take something you do every day, and evolve it a little.
Anyway, if you found Cass’s update intriguing, then check it out.
