Tonight I heard an old school mate has cancer.

..an operation yesterday, and now on chemo…

Hes only young – mid twenties

It’s a reminder of my past, and all the people I once knew.

More importantly;

its a hard reminder of the cards life can deal us…

A hell of a nice guy – just a genuinely nice person.

I’m off to try and track down his details to drop him a note…

I wish I knew what to say.
