A fabulous evening – which was postponed from yesterday because of the rain.  A major undertaking for staff tonight as 350 people arrived in the resort today because it is a long weekend in Singapore to celebrate the end of Ramadan.  Hence they were catering for 720 people outdoors!!!!

Ibno and Dev are two of the chefs who befriended us during the week.  Ibno was brilliant as he ensured that GD ate none of the dishes that contained the nightshades he is allergic to.  That made the week easy as eating out can be a challenge.  Dev was the Indian chef and very disappointed the GD couldn’t eat his dishes, but I ate a delicious spicy Lamb Korma tonight.

The night time entertainment has been brilliant all week – tonight was a fantastic trapeze show over the swimming pool.
