We have a thing for the [url=http://whc.unesco.org/en/254/]UNESCO world heritage[/url] sites…

Some of our favourite places are world heritage sites,

so now we make an effort to visit them wherever we go.

Today we had a couple lined up, but changed our minds when we woke up to such an amazing day.

So off down to one I’ve wanted to see for ages.

Worth seeing… but as it’s so well known there wasn’t many surprises.

We then went to Avebury, and thought that was a lot better.

You could walk amongst the stones, touch them, admire them…

And best of all – there is a pub in the middle of it!

Anyway, we then hit the roads…
