As far as world heritage sites go this one was on the quaint side

It had an amazingly simple charm to it. In fact the whole town had a lovely feel.

The bell over the door of the local coffee shop so the owner can call out ‘thank-you’ from the kitchen as you leave.

The friendly hello from all the locals, no matter how clearly you are a tourist

The history mixed with the passing of time.
