Packed inside these is a fascinating, deceptively simple set of transducers which produce an exceptional sound.

“L” at Minerva was kind enough to show me the factory where they make these and their hearing aid range, it was something quite amazing to see such precision being produced at such a scale.

these in ear monitors (IEM) are the first custom made gadget I’ve ever had. There is definitely something extravagant feeling about the whole process.

Actually, the process has had some really interesting parts, right from the totally deaf feeling few minutes as they made the first moulds, through to the week wait while they worked their magic.

They actually need to go back again for some tweaking as one ear isn’t fitting comfortably… But that doesn’t appear to be a problem at all for Minerva – It’s not often that you get such amazing service from a company. They were very apologetic that it’s not perfect first time and will have it fixed up in no time.

There is something wonderfully refreshing about such amazing service.
