Hong Kong is an amazing city

the efficiency of the place is simply amazing.

But, if you are jet lagged as a traveler, up at strange times, you often catch the city sleeping.

All the hustle and bustle is a distant memory at 3am.

I suppose every city sleeps, but Hong Kong seems to have two exceptional extremes.
