I arrived home this morning in time to dress little CJ. Naturally it was an olympic suit for today.

Actually today ended up with a couple of Olympic surprises:

– the queue at Heathrow was surprisingly small. I was though and out of customs in under 30min. It’s so good to be home.

– then later in the day, some amazing news. I put in for a chance to buy some olympic hospitality tickets via work and we have got some for the 100m finals! My brother and sister-in-law have kindly volunteered to babysit so in just over a week we will be in the thick of it. So excited!

Not surprisingly, all that olympic news and an opening ceremony was too much for some of us to deal with.
