I’ve been thinking about getting a film camera to try.

At first take, my friends may notice that film doesn’t really fit with my passion for technology.

But technology is technology, even old technology is still cool.

I’m not sure how much I’ll actually use it, it doesn’t fit with Blip so well,

but there in lies the intrigue

Since CJ was born, there hasn’t been many days where I’ve gone out and made the effort to get a shot.

In the last nine months, photography has been simply about capturing those moments which I never want to forget and will never have again.

I love that, but it’s taken away a little of the hobby element. The ‘me’ time is missing.

So I’m looking for a cheap film rangefinder with a 1.8 lens.

I love the thought of running a black and white film, just for portraits, just for me.
