The team has needed a blow out for a while now.

It’s been a topsy turvey few months and some of the team are moving on or looking for the next step.

The irony is, it’s because we have built such a strong team with great results that we now have people starting to move on. For career development, it’s right for a number of people to make a move…

but it still makes for a tough time.

So, a team planning day and wine tasting was the call.

A cracking night with good friends and plenty of laughs.

I do love working in such a close team.
