I got to experiment tonight with a new toy.

With camping season approaching and my old portable bbq is looking worse for wear.

So when I found this beauty on special, S1 let me splash out.

One pan on the flame let me easily pull together a sweet and sour chicken dish.

Perfect ‘glamping’ grub.

Now I just need that weather to come right for a real go.
