It’s one of my favourites.

Sweet chilli sauce. Avocado. Cream cheese.

(and extra sweet chilli sauce for luck).

It reminds me of a small cafe in the North of Auckland NZ. It’s been 7 years but I can still taste the summer breeze, sitting on the wooden decking, fresh coffee in hand as this pizza hit the table.

It’s amazing how the brain remembers these things so well.
