S1 had to go visit a friend in hospital, so it was a boys day out.

When I asked him what he wanted to do, he just pointed excitedly to ‘Dad’s Car’

So off we set. He promptly fell asleep.

When he awoke 40 min later, he was very excited.

We spent 2 hours driving around the back roads, stopping at a playground or two for him to explore.

He loves slides, and he’s a climbing machine. The stairs were too easy so he kept going up the rope ladder and climbing wall to go down the slide. So cute.
