So tonight I took up the challenge that yesterdays wild rabbit presented.

Given it’s not every day you get a wild rabbit, I thought I’d make the most of it.

So tonight, I cooked S1 ‘Rabbit 5 ways’.

She gave it a 7 out of 10.

Although she did suggest I rename it to be ‘Rabbit 4 ways’.

Apparently my ‘Rabbit bacon’ plan for the rabbit belly was considered inedible.

All in all, the flavour of the wild rabbit was fantastic. It had a lovely subtle hint of game.
